The Role
We are looking for a Global Pet Relocations Officer who will be integrating our pet travel team and assist our customers with travelling with their pets. You will join our fast-growing start-up as our first dedicated full-time Pet Relocations Officer, offering significant growth opportunities within the business.
What You'll Do
- Respond to inbound relocation questions and quote requests, prepare quotations, and send them to prospects.
- Oversee the entire pet relocation process, from information gathering and sales closures to invoicing and administrative paperwork.
- Engage directly with customers, port officials, and other partners to ensure all documentation is accurate and timely.
- Manage on-ground activities, including customs clearance, pet transit management, and reuniting pets with their families if required.
- Review and ensure compliance with veterinary documents.
- Collaborate with government offices, vets, and airport personnel, reflecting our commitment to quality and integrity.
- Maintain constant communication with clients, updating them on every phase of their pet's relocation journey.
- You will be the go-to person for the French market, but will also work with other markets.
What You'll Need
- Bachelor or Master Diploma
- Love for pets and ability to handle and care for them directly
- Stellar organisational skills, with attention to detail and multitasking abilities
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills (fluency required) in both English and French
- Professional demeanor, as you’ll represent Furry Travel to a global clientele
- Flexibility in work hours, including nights and weekends, to accommodate pet travel schedules
- Residency in Dubai, or you are open to relocate to Dubai
