Our mission is to lead the pet services industry in the UAE by providing exceptional and personalised care that prioritises the safety, comfort, and well-being of your pets. We treat every pet as a member of our own family, ensuring a stress-free and enjoyable experience for both pets and their owners in every aspect of our care.

The story behind Furry

During our own move from Europe to Dubai, we realised how difficult and stressful it can be to travel with your pets. Our lovely Beagle named Stark has separation anxiety and we were very worried about how he would handle the journey. We struggled to find a pet relocation company that truly understood Stark's needs and provided the care and attention he deserved. In the end, we decided to manage the relocation ourselves, making sure Stark's journey was as comfortable and safe as possible.

Our ambitions

When we arrived in Dubai, we faced a new challenge: getting around the city with Stark without a car. It quickly became clear how difficult it was to travel with a pet. This inspired us to create Furry Travel. We wanted to offer a service that other pet owners could rely on, providing the same level of care and attention that we gave to Stark. That’s how Furry Travel was born - a pet taxi and relocation service that understands and meets the unique needs of pets and their owners.

But it didn't stop there

After six months of great success and building relationships with over a thousand happy customers, Stark got an infection after a grooming session. We realised that the company we hired was too focused on profit and lost sight of what truly matters: genuine and thorough pet care. This is how Furry Grooming was born. We aim to transpose our core values of exceptional and personalised care to grooming, with attention to their individual needs.
