The Role

As our Dispatcher & Customer Representative, you'll be the link between our clients and drivers, ensuring smooth transportation. Your precise handling of ride requests, coordination with our fleet, and management of each booking will be essential to our daily operations.

What You'll Do

  • Receive and process booking requests for our pet taxi and pet grooming services via WhatsApp or calls, collecting all necessary details.
  • Inform clients about costs and promptly handle booking confirmations with accuracy.
  • Use our CRM to create and manage customer profiles, ensuring all data (personal details, payment information, and ride specifics) is up-to-date and accurate.
  • Generate and send invoices and payment links to clients, and follow up on pending payments to secure booking confirmations.
  • Serve as the main communication hub for our drivers, providing them with complete details for each booking to ensure smooth service.
  • Compile, optimise, and distribute daily schedules and routes for our driver fleet to ensure efficient operations.

What You'll Need

  • Bachelor or Master Diploma
  • Proven experience in customer service, dispatch, or a similar role
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organized task management
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and other relevant software
  • Ability to work under pressure and multitask across various bookings and coordination efforts
  • Positive attitude, customer-first mindset, and problem-solving skills
